HYDERABAD: The Sindh government has reaffirmed its commitment to provide timely and effective agricultural services to the farmers across the province. Director General of Agricultural Extension, Munir Ahmed Jamali emphasized this commitment during a meeting with newly appointed statistical officers.
Munir Ahmed Jamali urged the officers to perform their duties diligently, without any compromise on quality.
He also directed them to stay connected with the Information & Communication Technology ICT-based Agricultural Extension Services hub, which will facilitate online reporting. The officers were also provided with a detailed briefing on their responsibilities.
The meeting was attended by senior directors of Agricultural Extension Department, who reiterated the government’s resolve to support farmers through effective agricultural services. This initiative is part of the government’s efforts to promote agricultural development and improve the livelihoods of farming communities in Sindh.
