ISE equities move both ways

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 36.23 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,161.59 to 3,197.82 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 168,000 shares as compared to previous volume of 42,500 shares. Total 138 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (76) closed in positive territory, 62 closed in negative territory, whereas 0 company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Silk Bank Limited was 67,000 shares. The volume of Fauji Cement was 65,000 shares. The volume of Maple Leaf Cement was 29,000 shares.
