Ugandan shilling stable on thin importer FX appetite

KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was stable on Monday as importers’ appetite for hard currency was thin, traders said.

At 0815 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,664/3,674 to the US dollar, compared to Friday’s close of 3,665/3,675.
