One Waris Masih (35) shot dead Pervaiz Masih and his wife Tanvir Fatima in Chak No.586/TDA Chowk Sarwar Shaheed in Muzaffargarh district. Police said that Fraseen, wife of Waris Masih had developed sexual ties with Pervaiz Masih in Chak No.586/TDA.both ran away from the village when Waris Masih was in Hyderabad and they embraced Islam and they were renamed as Muhammad Ali and Kaneez Fatima.
When Waris returned home, he did not find his wife. He searched for her in vain. Later he found them and shot her and her spouse dead.
