Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf visited POF stall after the inauguration of IDEAS-2012, says a press release issued here on Wednesday. POF Chairman Lieutenant General Muhammad Ahsan Mehmood, HI (M) briefed the Prime Minister, who witnessed POF products and praised the quality products of POF.
Pakistan Ordnance Factories is showcasing its full rang of products in IDEAS-2012 being held at Karachi. POF stall has once again become the focus of attention among the foreign visiting delegates due to state-of-the-art sophisticated defence technology of international standard. POF stall attracted a large number of foreign delegates throughout the day. POF Chairman told the delegates that the POF is heading towards partnering its competencies with renowned brands around the world in the form of joint ventures. POF Chief expressed his satisfaction that "IDEAS-2012" is providing an excellent opportunity to participating countries for joint ventures, technology transfer and generation of economic activities. It also acts a great platform to promote and project Pakistan's indigenous and integrated defence manufacturing sector to the world.
This exhibition will show case Pakistan's rich potential in defence and its real strength in advance technology.
