Chief Justice High Court of Sindh on Wednesday has ordered Azam Anwar Baloch, District & Sessions Judge Karachi (Central) (BPS-21) to join his new assignment as Judge Anti-Terrorism Court, Larkana with immediate effect. He further ordered Khalid Teepu Rana Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad (BPS-20) to join his new assignment as Director Human Rights Cell, Supreme Court of Pakistan Islamabad on deputation basis with immediate effect.
In another order, Chief Justice and the Judges of High Court of Sindh have ordered the following transfers and postings of District & Sessions Judges with immediate effect, in the public interest: Shoukat Ali Memon has been transferred from Umerkot to Karachi (Central) against the post lying vacant and Khadim Hussain Tunio, awaiting for posting has been posted to Umerkot vice Shoukat Ali Memon transferred.
