Deputy Speaker Balochistan Assembly Matiullah Agha summons the session of Balochistan Assembly on Tuesday (today), which was earlier cancelled by Speaker Balochistan Assembly Aslam Bhootani after assuming the charge of Acting Governor, a private TV channel reported late Monday night.
INP adds: Aslam Bhootani, who is the speaker of the provincial assembly, has assumed the charge of acting governor in the absence of Nawab Zulfiqar Magsi. The session was convened by Governor Zulfikar Magsi. Bhootani, as the speaker had refused to summon the assembly session on the advice of Chief Minister Aslam Raisani. He was of the view that after the Supreme Court's interim order in Balochistan law and order case, calling the session on the advice of the CM would be contempt of court.
