Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (SPARC) NGO will arrange a ceremony to mark world international child abuse day on November 19. The programme will be held at railway station. According to a statement issued here on Wednesday Shafique Kandhro Manager Drop in Center has said that this day would be celebrated to draw attention to the rising number of incidents that emerge due to child abuse.
