Two security forces officials were killed and six others injured in a landmine blast here on Sunday. According to details, unidentified militants targeted a convoy of security forces with a landmine while it as passing through Mir Ali area of North Waziristan Agency (NWA).
As a result of blast, two security personnel were killed on the spot while six others sustained injuries. The injured security personnel were air lifted to Peshawar for treatment. Heavy contingent of security forces cordoned off the area after the blast and started search operation.
