Firefighters paid tribute

As a part of the media management course, students of SZABIST recognised and paid tribute to the services rendered by Pakistani firefighters with their campaign of 'safety first, safety must'. In the light of recent events where the death toll has doubled as a result of fire casualties; students under the supervision of their course instructor, Mustafa Hussain, initiated an awareness campaign which was followed by an on-campus activity.
The activity bought together students to SZABIST to write words of appreciation for recognising the efforts of fire-fighters. The event was concluded with the comment by Mustafa Hussain, 'Keep fighting, we are always with you'. Notifications concerning the use of fire extinguishers and marking of fire exits and emergency routes were conducted as a part of awareness campaign which was done in affiliation with SZABIST administration.-PR
