Taiwan stocks fell 0.75 percent on Friday, retreating from a nearly three-month closing high, as tech and financial heavyweights joined other regional bourses in a pullback. The main TAIEX index finished 58.32 points lower at 7,698.77, weighed down by electronics and banks sub-indexes, both of which slid more than 0.5 percent.
