Secretary General Pakistan Peoples' Party (PPP) Jehangir Badar has said that Mian Manzoor Wattoo is not being replaced as President PPP Punjab and the party was quite satisfied with his performance. He was talking to media at the University of Punjab on Monday. Badar said the by-polls cannot be considered seriously as state machinery is activated by the concerned government in these polls. He said no one, but Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto, played effective role against the dictatorship in Pakistan.
