SEOUL: South Korea's finance ministry will decide whether to issue 50-year treasury bonds regularly after an auction this week, the country's vice finance minister on Tuesday.
"Regular issuance of 50-year treasury bonds will be decided after reviewing market atmosphere and sustainability of demand following (this week's) issuance," Kim Yong-jin said at a forum in Seoul.
The ministry plans to issue 300 billion won ($281.45 million) of 50-year treasury bonds on March 15.
