Law enforcement agencies arrested 20 accused during raids in different areas of the city by recovering arms from their passion. West Zone police arrested 15 accused during search operation in different parts of the city and recovered 7 pistols, 16 bullets, 2 kg hashish and a stolen motorcycle. Police registered cases against the accused.
Meanwhile, Ranger also arrested three accused involved in street crimes, extortion and other crimes. The accused were identified as Nadeem, Habib and Aslam. Mominabad police arrested three accused namely Taj, Ashiq and Mashooq, involved in street crimes. Police also recovered arms from their possession. Gulistan-e-Johar police also arrested two accused, Anwar and Raza.
