As many as eight suspected militants were killed after the security forces attempted to resist major crackdown launched against the kidnapping and killing of 21 Levies personnel. The security sources confirmed that the action was taken in Waadi Teera, Fata by the security forces on a tip-off about the presence of alleged killers of the LEA men. It merits mentioning here that 21 of the 23 military officials abducted few days ago were killed by the kidnappers.
