Apropos the news item "Court relief helps textile industry avert collapse" which appeared in Business Recorder on 30th January 2013, it is clarified that the name of Tata Textile Mills Limited was incorrectly included in the above news item. The Tata Textile Mills Ltd had not obtained any stay order from any court of law against the SNGPL and neither have availed any relaxation on account of gas use.
The operation of Tata Textile during the curtailment of gas supply was being managed through substitute arrangement of rental diesel generators. The error is regretted.
