ISE index up by 23.13 points

Bulls dominated the proceedings on the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities continued to move in upward direction with positive trend at the ISE amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 23.13 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,345.92 to 3,369.05 points. The overall turnover amounted to 71,000 shares as compared to previous volume of 265,000 shares.
Total 140 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (94) closed in positive territory, 46 closed in negative territory, whereas no company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of OGDCL was 30,000 shares. The volume of Askari Bank Limited was 25,000 shares. The volume of Sui Southern was 10,000 shares.
