Pakistan Steel Cadet College (PSCC) is cultivating valuable qualities including discipline patience and commitment in the new generation along with education. While addressing the PSCC annual Passing Out ceremony, CEO Pakistan Steel Major General Muhammad Javed (Retd) (Hilal-e-Imtiaz, Military) as a chief guest, has said that youth is the architect of future and a national asset. To develop valuable qualities like discipline, patience and commitment is our responsibility.
The 25th Passing out parade of Cadets was held at the college ground on Wednesday. Teacher, CBA office-bearer and a large number of parents besides the Principal PSCC Commander Muhammad Shamim Akhtar (Retd) were present on the occasion. CEO PS congratulated the Passing Out 122 cadets and hoped that they, in their respective fields will bring a good name not only for the country but for Pakistan Steel Cadet College and also Pakistan Steel.
Training on the right lines by highlighting the God gifted abilities of the youth by the teachers as well as the parents, is a national service. He said Cadet College is adding value to the educational atmosphere of Pakistan Steel. The Passing Out able, promising and hardworking youth will become the bright future of the country. He said that characters building is also emphasised in addition to quality education so that they could become best human beings of strong nerves and good character.
On this occasion, Principal PSCC Muhammad Shamim said that the basic aim of the Cadet College is to provide the youngsters with physical, mental, educational and moral training, with which they could perform their duties properly in Pakistan armed forces as well as different other institutions and departments of the country.-PR
