JUI-F for removing fake entries from voter lists

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Nazriati) on Wednesday demanded for correction of voter lists of Killa Abdullah district to avoid rigging in the forthcoming general polls. Addressing a press conference here, JUI-F central leader Maulvi Mohammad Hanif alleged that some political parties had made fake entries in the voters lists in connivance with the staff deputed for preparation of these lists.
He said free, fair and transparent elections in the absence of flawless voter lists were not possible, adding that in this manner the citizens of Killa Abdullah were being deprived of their basic right to vote. He demanded for taking action against the staff involved in fake entries in the voters lists of Killah Abdullah district.
