The Divisional Commissioner Hyderabad Ahmed Bux Narejo who has been nominated for NIPA training has stressed upon the government officers to work for visible development and good deliveries to the common people. He said that though our officers were trying their best in this regard but still there was room for improvement as the deliveries of the government organisations till yet were not upto the expectations of the people.
This he observed while addressing farewell reception arranged in his honour by the Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad Agha Shahnawaz Babar at Shahbaz Hall, Shahbaz Building Hyderabad on Wednesday. He said that during his stay at Hyderabad as DCO and Divisional Commissioner, he experienced many ups and downs, and very difficult situation especially during the heavy rainfall. He said that with grace of God and with the help of efficient team of officers he coped with the situation successfully and people of Hyderabad were witness that rainy water was drained out within hours. He said that present government has opened many new avenues of development and prosperity but it to take time to have 100 percent result of the project due to prevailing working system. He said that the poverty and unemployment was the main reason of socio problems which must be addressed through effective strategy. He asked the officers evolve such strategy and help the government for eradication of these both menace. He appreciated the services rendered by his team to facilitate the people of Hyderabad.
Agha Shahnawaz while talking on the occasion lauded the services rendered by Commissioner Hyderabad Ahmed Bux Narejo. He said that Narejo has been proved kind enough for his subordinates and always has guided them for public work. He said that the services of Narejo would be remembered by the people of Hyderabad. Earlier, Agha Shahnawaz decorated the Divisional Commissioner with Sindhi traditional gift Ajrak and Topi (Cap). Additional Deputy Commissioner-I Hyderabad Aijaz-ul-Hassan and other Revenue officers also spoke on this occasion.
