Banks to receive Hajj applications from March 5

Designated branches of banks would start receiving Hajj applications from the intending pilgrims under government scheme from Tuesday (March 5) on first come first serve basis. According to an official, the banks have been directed to stop receiving Hajj applications on completion of 89,605 applications. The applicants must write down time and date while depositing their application forms to avoid any complication.
The intending pilgrims must write machine readable passport number or receipt number of deposited machine readable passport along with the applications.
