The most-traded June copper contract on the Shanghai Futures Exchange rose 0.14 percent to 57,680 yuan ($9,300) a tonne on Thursday. as the US Federal Reserve reaffirmed its commitment to existing stimulus measures, although physical markets remained quiet following Chinese New Year. "It's more to do with Bernanke's comments than anything else," said Macquarie Bank analyst Bonnie Liu in Singapore.
