NIT, in pursuance of its policy of business through its operational network, has established a new branch at Gulshan-e-Iqbal along with rural pockets. This new branch is located near Samama Shopping Centre at University Road Karachi. Now the total number of NIT branches in Karachi has become 7 and the tally of nation-wide branches has gone to 24, yet another milestone as no Mutual Fund Organisation in Pakistan has such a big and nationwide branches network.
NIT, being equal opportunity organisation, has appointed a senior marketing officer Anisa Anwer as Branch Manager of newly inaugurated University Road Branch. Anisa has the honour of being the first Lady Branch Manager of NIT network. Elaborating his equal opportunity policy in the inauguration speech MD, NIT revealed that preparations are in progress to establish an exclusive ladies branch with all female staff to encourage our women folk in savings and investments in NIT funds.-PR
