The 8th International Symposium of Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences Jamshoro shall be held from 28th to 30th March 2013 at Jamshoro campus. Eminent experts of various specialties of Medical Sciences from all around the world have agreed to participate as the speakers in the Symposium.
The Vice Chancellor LUMHS Prof. Mashoor Alam Shah expressed regarding the theme of the Symposium "Health in 21st Century, Today's Vision Tomorrow's Reality" that the focus of the 21st-century health care system must be the patient.
Such a system will ensure that patients have access to the safest and highest-quality care, regardless of how much they earn, where they live, how sick they are, or the colour of their skin. Patients must be the first priority and the focus of the transformed system. More then 1,500 delegates are expected to attend the International Symposium.
