Sindh University (SU) Controller Dr Naeem Tariq Narejo has announced the result of BA (Pass) Part-II of annual exams 2012, rusticating 13 students for 3 years owing to committing malpractice and impersonation in the examinations.
According to announcement, a total number of 11,106 candidates filled examination forms for appearing in the annual examination of BA (Pass) Part-II. However 9,330 candidates have been declared successful out of them 730 succeeded to secure 1st class whereas 8,333 passed in second and 267 candidates in third class. Besides, 1,131 candidates declared fail, the result of 385 has been withheld due to failure in Part-I and 100 students remained absent in the exams.
Thus, the results of 138 candidates have been withheld owing to various reasons and the result of 9 candidates has been cancelled. Similarly, 13 candidates including Ali Akbar Samo, Bashir Ahmed Keerio, Fareed Ahmed Talur, Ghulam Nabi Soomro, Munawar Hussain Soomro, Mukhtiar Ali Mirbahar, Mohammad Zohaib Qureshi, Mohammad Raheel Qureshi, Nazim Hussain Shah, Rashid Ahmed Qureshi, Shoai Ali Memon, Rab Dino Panhwar and Ghulam Rasool Rustamani have been banned for 3 years on account of committing misconduct and imitation during the annual examinations. They will not be able to appear in any examinations for a period of 3 years from any college.
