CNG cylinder explosion in van kills three

At least three persons including two children and a woman died while 16 others scorched due to burst of CNG cylinder of a passenger van here late on Friday. According to details, the incident occurred in Mandi Jabharan when CNG cylinder of a Sheikhupura bound passenger van coming from Hafizabad suddenly exploded.
The vehicle caught fire due to petrol tank installed with the CNG cylinder resulting in death of three people including two children and a woman. The police and rescue personnel rushed to the scene of incident and shifted the 16 people with burn wounds to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Sheikhupura.
