Balochistan lawyers on Thursday boycotted the courts and took out protest rally on Thursday against the abduction of former Advocate General (AG) of Balochistan Salahuddin Mengal. Mengal was kidnapped by unidentified armed men from outside his home in Raza Mohammad street on Sariab Road Wednesday.
Responding to the call given by the Balochistan Bar Association (BBA) and High Court Bar Association (HCBA), legal fraternity did not attend the court proceedings for complete day causing great inconvenience to the litigants. Earlier, BBA held meeting Rehmatullah in chair and discussed future course of action.
