Three persons, including two cops, were killed and four others sustained injuries when some armed men attacked a police mobile van when it was carrying some accused to the court for hearing in a murder case on Friday. According to details, police was carrying accused in a murder case to the court in a mobile van when the rivals of the accused attacked the van.
Due to intense firing three persons, including two cops were killed on the spot, while four others sustained injuries, and were shifted to hospital. Police also retaliated to the attack but the attackers managed to flee the scene. Police cordoned off the entire area after the incident but no arrest was made till filing of this report.
