Futures spreads up 165 basis points

Futures spreads increased by 165 basis points during the outgoing week to 9.36 percent. Trading activity on the futures counter witnessed negative trend as average daily volumes remained low by 37.7 percent to 12.04 million shares. Similarly, the average daily trading value also witnessed bearish trend and with a decrease of 31.4 percent, it closed at Rs1,233 million.
