The Board of Directors of Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) in its meeting held on Thursday announced the financial results for the nine months ended 31st March, 2013. The Company's net sales revenue increased to Rs 169.091 billion compared to Rs 142.035 billion in the corresponding period of last year.
Profit after tax increased to Rs 75.671 billion in the period under review against Rs 69.245 billion in the same period of last year and earnings per share has increased to Rs 17.59 as against Rs 16.10 in the same period of proceeding year. The Board of Directors announced the third interim cash divided for the period ended March 31 at Rs 1.75 per share ie 17.5 per cent.-PR
