Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) on Tuesday announced that four officials of the PFF will be received the most prestigious "AFC Distinguished Service Award 2013." This award is dedicated to all those officials who have given their valuable services for the development and promotion of football.
The four officials who will receive this awards are: Ali Nawaz who served PFF for 16 Years as Vice President, Qazi Muhammad Asif, who served as FIFA referee from 1988-1996, Haroon Yousuf, who captained the Pakistan National Team from 1990-2004 and Tanveer Ahmed who represented Pakistan National Team as Player from 1993 to 2008. The President PFF Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat has congratulated them for getting such a valuable Award and admires their contribution for the betterment of Football in Pakistan. Ali Nawaz will get the Award at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia while other three officials will receive their awards in Pakistan.
