Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday decided to suspend his party's election campaigns for a day to show solidarity with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan after he sustained injuries. Imran Khan was injured after he fell off a mechanical lift that was raising him on to a stage at a rally in Lahore, four days before general elections. Nawaz Shairf announced the decision while addressing a rally at Rawalpindi's Liaquat Bagh on Tuesday.
Nawaz Shairf also prayed for Imran Khan early recovery and wished him all the best. Nawaz Sharif also asked the participants of the rally to pray for Imran Khan's recovery. He said that the people have to take serious decision on May 11 to pull the country out of crisis.
