Police have arrested 12 dangerous target killers for involvement in bank robberies and killings of police officials in Gujranwala. Gujranwala police conducted several raids in the city and managed to capture 12 notorious and dangerous culprits including two dangerous wanted fugitives Ali and Azhar from different areas.
Captured criminals have confessed of many robberies and murders including killings of eight police officials in the city. During initial interrogation, the police have come to know that these held culprits had robbed 18 banks and 43 armoured vehicles of the banks. The RPO of Gujranwala, Khuda Bukhsh Awan, summoned an emergency press conference and presented those criminals before the journalists. Millions of rupees in cash, 45 mobile phones, nine motorbikes, jewellery, dozens of pistols and many hundred bullets have been recovered from custody of captured miscreants, informed the police.
