Nawaz Sharif presided over a lengthy meeting of his party's top leaders at his Raiwind residence and consulted with them about the formation of government in the Centre and in Punjab.
Briefing media persons, PML-N's spokesperson Senator Pervez Rashid said that his party respected the mandate of all parties in the assembly and would seek their co-operation for resolution of problems confronting the country. All political parties should accept the election results, he said.

He said since all major political parties had representation in parliament, there was no need for calling an All-Party Conference, he said.
