Three robbers were killed in exchange of fire with police when they tried to rush through the checkpost here late Friday night. According to the details, police signalled to stop a motorcycle with three riders at a picket installed near Kalu Pul locality of Multan.
The motorcyclists instead of stopping started firing at police and tried to flee from the scene. In retaliatory fire all three robbers involved in more than 30 cases of robbery, murders and attempted murder were killed and three pistols were recovered from their possession.
