Pictures: After court’s verdict, Salman Khan spends first night in jail

Almost after two decades later, the final verdict of the infamous blackbuck case against the cast of ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ and especially against Salman Khan was announced, declaring the superstar guilty for killing the endangered species and sentencing him to five years in jail.

Yesterday, Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Salman got together in Jodhpur for the verdict of the blackbluck poaching case and all stars were acquitted but not Salman. The 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'  actor was sentenced to five years in jail with a fine of INR 10,000.

The actor spent his first night in the prison cell after the verdict and pictures and videos from the jail quickly spread on the internet. The ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ actor is also said to be in jail for a few days more as his bail hearing is pushed away till tomorrow.
