All resources will be utilised to make Pakistan Railways (PR) a viable institution and redressal of grievances of railway commuters will be our top priority, said Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique. This he stated while travelling in the economy class of Rail Car en-route from Lahore to Rawalpindi on Monday. The federal minister travelled in the economy class despite the presence of saloon coach.
The minister talked to passengers, listened to their complaints, took their suggestions and assured them that all possible steps will be taken to make their future railway travel smooth and hassle free.-PR
