A one-member judicial commission, comprising Justice Syed Mazhar Ali Akbar Naqvi of the Lahore High Court, has recorded so far statements of 38 witnesses with regard to murder of Indian condemned prisoner Sarabjit Singh. Punjab inspector general of prisons, Kot Lakhpat jail superintendent and other jail officials also testified before the commission. The commission is holding day-to-day proceedings, says a statement issued by the LHC.
