Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has disconnected gas connections of 24 industrial and commercial consumers who owed Rs 179.6 million. In order to expedite recovery from industrial and commercial consumers, the SNGPL is regularly monitoring recovery and lists of defaulting consumers are forwarded to all regions for either recovery of outstanding amount or disconnection of their gas supply.
In this regard gas connections of following consumers were disconnected due to non-payment of outstanding gas bill arrears: M/S Royal Textile Mills Gujranwala (Rs 44,374,391), M/S Bhatti CNG station Gujranwala (Rs 41,679,294), M/S Subhan CNG Peshawar (Rs 32,307,558), M/S Ansari CNG Gujrat (Rs 11,918,452), M/S Awais CNG station Islamabad (Rs 8,560,555), M/S Defence CNG services Lahore (Rs 8,332,774), M/S Royal CNG station Islamabad (Rs 5,816,846), M/S Sunshine Gas Station Gujrat (Rs 4,000,05000), M/S CNG House Lahore (Rs 1,410,646), M/S Subhan Knitwaer Peshawar (Rs 1,261,752), Bajwa Steel Re-Rolling Mills Sargodha (Rs 1,128,125), M/S Naeem Sizing Industries Lahore (Rs 1,006,182), Ghazi Pottery Faisalabad (Rs 970,505), M/S Jeddah CNG Lahore (Rs 928,138), M/S Raj Textile Mills Limited Lahore (Rs 569,220).
The commercial defaulters include Sh. Karam Elahi of Multan which is the defaulter of Rs (6,407,158), M.Akram of Sahiwal (Rs 2,797,528), Abdul Rauf of Peshawar (Rs 1,656,262), Mudassar Habib of Lahore (Rs 1,043,493), Shaukat Ali of Lahore (Rs 1,030,362), Muhammad Sharif of Sargoha (Rs 928,568), Muhammad Sabir of Lahore (Rs 636,893), Rana Muhammad Ashiq from Faisalabad (Rs 513,352) and Safdar Iqbal from Lahore is the defaulter of (Rs 342,596).
