Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry took notice on an application of Ms Saeeda Sarbazi r/o Karachi registered through Human Rights Cell of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad. The applicant stated in her application that her brother, Haji Abdul Razzaq, who is a journalist by profession, has been kidnapped on 24.03.2013 and since then whereabouts of her brother are not known. She prayed for the recovery of her brother.
Taking the cognisance, the Chief Justice directed the IGP Sindh as well as Secretary, Ministry of Interior to submit a report within 15 days.
