According to the details Iesco being adopting a customer friendly company Logo has launched state-of-the-art Customer Care Centers at F-6 China Chowk and G-9 Karachi Company Islamabad having equipped with latest technology, where facilities like restoration of electricity, issuance of duplicate electricity bills, 3 equal instalments of electricity bills amounting to Rs 25,000 and correction of bills up to 500 units on consumer's complaint are being provided.
