A policeman was gunned down at Super Highway in the limits of Sachal police station here on Wednesday. SHO Sachal Ejaz Ahamd told Business Recorder the deceased was identified as Noor Sultan, 38, son of Muhammad Hussain. He was deployed at Aziz Bhatti police station. He said that he had gone there on the call of an informer, where he was targeted by the unknown attackers. He was resident of Abbas Town and hailed from Sahiwal.
