Bulls dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities continued to move in upward direction with positive trend at the ISE amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 18.58 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 4,250.97 to 4,269.55 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 20,200 shares as compared to previous volume of 196,000 shares. Total 134 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (99) closed in positive territory, 35 closed in negative territory, whereas no company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Maple Leaf Cement was 20,000 shares. The volume of MCB Bank was 2,000 shares.
