Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal on Friday said strengthening of politics and economy was necessary for dignity and sovereignty of the country. Talking to a private TV channel, he said that the government wanted to increase foreign investment in the country and get benefits from developed countries.
Ahsan Iqbal said that Pakistan invited foreign investors to come for investing their capitals, adding that foolproof security would be provided to investors in Pakistan. The minister said the top priority of the government was to resolve power crisis being faced by the country and all available resources would be used in this regard.
