A unanimous resolution was passed by executive body of Hazara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) in a meeting presided over by Engr. Jahanzeb Khan, condemning Senator Ilyas Bilour for spreading hatred between Punjabis and Pathans and earlier labelling Sardar Mehtab, MNA as Hazarawal not Pathan, which was strongly condemned in the press. As Bilour does not belong to a Pathan family as described by Caro, the then Governor, NWFP, in his book titled (The Pathan). Now he criticises Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif, out of sheer frustration.
This is in reaction to news item published in Business Recorder on July 19 with the title "Dictation from Punjabis is not acceptable": Bilour. Chief Minister, KPK has taken right step to dissolve the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment and Trade (KPBOIT) and should have dismissed Ilyas Bilour, Vice Chairman, KPBOIT. No development or investment in KPK has been made for the last five years. He doled out billions of rupees earmarked for export development fund obtained from Ministry of Commerce, which must be investigated by FIA as no trace of funds is available anywhere in KPK jurisdiction - the place to utilise the Export Development Fund (EDF).
Bilour nominated handpicked members from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in all eight chambers of KPK and deprived them of their rights as he claimed that KPK chamber was representative of all eight chambers in the KPK. Export Development Fund is given to fake fraudulent contractor, without tender on highest rates, which should be investigated by FIA, as EDF come from the government exchequer. Bilour is spreading the venom, of hatred where, Nawaz Sharif is uniting the four federating units of Pakistan to have better relations with the neighbouring countries.
