Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has confirmed supporting Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)'s candidate, Mamnoon Hussain, in presidential election. The JUI-F chief has described presidential election as a move forward to further strengthen democratic process in democratic way.
While talking to media in Islamabad on Tuesday after casting his vote‚ he said it is good omen that decisions are being taken by the institutions in democratic way and according to the aspirations of the people. Maulana Fazlur Rehman revealed that JUI-F had put its weight with federal ruler of Pakistan PML-N's candidate instead of its provincial administrative political party, Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI).
