Fiscal year 2012-13: Lesco installs new 130,407 electricity connections

Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) installed 130,407 new electricity connections during the fiscal year 2012-13. Out of these 115,464 were domestic, 10,690 commercial, 2,150 industrial and 2,098 tubwell connections. This was sated by an official of Lesco here on Tuesday. He further said that Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) stream lined system of providing electricity facility to the consumers, considering its socio-economic importance in this regard; besides this, LESCO anti electricity theft campaign is also in full swing.
