A proclaimed offender was killed while his cohort managed to escape after exchange of fire with police here in the wee hours of Thursday. According to details, the police on secret information conducted raid in Kahena area of Lahore to arrest a criminal. The armed men opened fire on the raiding party and in retaliatory fire an accused was killed while the other managed to flee.
