Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday has strongly condemned the increase in the price of petroleum products. While talking to media after boycotting the Punjab Assembly session, Opposition Leader and PTI senior leader Mian Mahmoodur Rasheed said the increase in the prices tantamount to a drone attack on the already financially hard pressed people.
He warned that if the government does not change its anti-people policies, the PTI will be compelled to come out on the streets and hold street agitations. "The government is forcing the people to resort to street protests against inflation," he added. He disclosed that the party will know the doors of the courts against the recent price hike of petroleum products.
