Chief Justice Lahore High Court has directed District and Sessions Judge (D&SJ), Toba Tek Singh to submit his report about the submission of challan of a case of a man, who attacked his relative woman with acid, before the relevant court within three days.
The D&SJ had submitted in his report said that the case was registered against accused Mujahid Hussain on the court orders. Mujahid Hussain is an advocate who is practising member at District Bar Association, Sahiwal. He moved his pre-arrest bail application, which is pending before the concerned court.
Police report revealed that victim Asma and accused Mujahid Hussain are resident of Sahiwal. There are many civil cases pending adjudication in a court of Sahiwal between both the parties. The complainant got the said case and registered on account of previous enmity and litigation between the parties the police claims.
